MedSpa Concierge with Art of Balance Wellness Spa are expected to exude 5-Star service by demonstrating professional customer service and adherence to the spa’s policies and procedures.
The main focus of this position is aesthetic and cosmetic sales, patient coordination and scheduling. Our ideal candidate must possess exceptional people skills and experience in sales; along with being a team player with a passion to excel as the practice grows. You would be the key link in the client relationship and must constantly strive to provide the highest level of client care.
Responsibilities & Essential JobFunctions |
Have a MINIMUM of 2 years of sales experience. |
Maintain guest confidentiality. |
Provide consistent and Five-Star guest service. |
Have the ability to assist in growing the practice through a consultation to surgery conversion rating scale moving towards a monthly goal. |
Be highly experienced in proper telephone etiquette to include: pleasant greeting, clear speech, inviting tone, and active listening skills. You must possess exceptional communication skills to interact with a diverse group of clients, business contacts and internal staff. |
Be versed in using EMR, Microsoft Office programs. Follow up on internet based leads and convert the service if appropriate. |
Managing the "pipeline" of potential new patients, providing clear and targeted information to convert inquiries into scheduled and completed services. |
Prior experience in a Plastic Surgery a plus |
Actively promote rebooking and cross booking of services between the spa and plastic surgery practice. |
Knowledge of both aesthetic terminology as well as medical terminology related to services offered |
Be responsible for cash gratuities, monies, and aesthetic procedure payments. |
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality, teamwork environment. |
Required Experience & Education |
Work experience in a Four-Diamond environment or equivalent medspa environment. |
Have a MINIMUM of 2 years of sales experience. |
Prior experience in a Plastic Surgery a plus |
Advanced computer knowledge. |
Be versed in using EMR, Microsoft Office programs. |
Knowledge of both aesthetic terminology as well as medical terminology related to services offered. |
Requirements & Working Conditions |
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. |
Ability to lift 5 lbs. |
Occasionally lift or carry up to 15 lbs. |
Indoor work environment. |
Must be able to work weekends. |
Must have reliable transportation. |
